ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe're hiring a reliable and driven team member to help grow our agency. In this role, you'll sell insurance policies, support customers and build strong customer relationships.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Educate customers on insurance products that fit their needs and budget
  • Quoting and selling insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Health, etc)
  • Answering policy and billing questions, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims
  • Reaching out to prospective customers via calls, emails and referrals
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through follow-up and great service
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A proactive, self-motivated, positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be insurance licensed OR willing to obtain insurance licenses
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required
Compensación $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
